Welcome!

For over 13 years I’ve been holding spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their inner wisdom.

I offer spaces for you to come home to yourself - to your power, your magic, and your truth. Through yoga, embodied movement, somatic practices, archetypal embodiment, ritual, guided journeys, sound healing, community, and energy work, I hold sacred spaces where you can explore the full spectrum of who you are.

These are non dogmatic, heart led spaces, held with love, a light touch, and deep respect, where you are free to arrive just as you are. Your light and your shadow, your joy and your grief, your clarity and your uncertainty, all of you is welcome here.

 

I believe that yoga is for Every-Body. Whatever your size, shape, age, ethnicity, physical ability, gender expression, or sexuality, yoga offers you a deep dive into your own personal journey of self-discovery, inner exploration, and connection.

My classes, workshops, and retreats are all rooted in this belief, and they offer more than movement. They are invitations to slow down, listen in, and meet yourself fully.

In my regular classes you can expect:

  • A warm welcome whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner

  • A friendly, relaxed, and supportive atmosphere 

  • A layered approach to breath centred, core connected movement that builds from the ground up and inside out

  • Deeply restful restorative / yin / yoga nidra

  • Strong foundations that free you to move naturally, empowering, kind to your body, and deeply enjoyable

  • An exploration of yoga beyond the physical - embracing it as a tool for self reflection, connection, community, growth and presence

  • Encouragement to listen to your body, honouring your physical, mental, and emotional needs each day

  • An inclusive space where individuality is celebrated and all gender expressions and sexualities are welcomed

  • A place to find your yoga...a personal practice that lights you up, supports, and nourishes you

In my workshops and retreats, we go deeper.
These are sacred, intentional spaces for inner exploration, transformation, and renewal. We weave together yoga, meditation, somatic movement, breathwork, sound healing, sharing circles, ritual, and ceremony to create a container where you can journey inward safely and meaningfully.

Here, we honour the full spectrum of your being, not only the moments of joy and light, but also the shadow, the emotions, and the stories you may have hidden away. This is where real wholeness is found: when we meet ourselves fully and offer acceptance to every part of who we are.

These retreats are also about deep rest, something so many of us are craving. You’ll have spacious time to simply be: to breathe, to wander in nature, to nap in the afternoon sun, to journal, or simply to sit and feel the wind on your face. Rest is not a luxury, it is an essential part of healing and transformation.

By blending powerful practices for self discovery with the profound medicine of stillness, ritual, and rest, my workshops and retreats create the perfect environment for true, lasting nourishment and change. You’ll leave not only feeling restored and re energised, but also more connected to yourself, your intuition, and your path forward.
